Achieve your health and independence goals through supermarket tours, recipe creation, meal planning and meal preparation. We give you the tips and tricks you need to know to undertake these tasks in a more time efficient and confident way.

One on One Consultations
In-home sessions where we work closely with participants to educate on healthier food choices for their individual needs, enhance cooking skills, and explore various culinary topics.
The goal is to boost kitchen confidence and introduce new flavours, techniques and ingredients, breaking down barriers through engaging exploration.
Sessions can be run weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Group Cooking Classes
Our Small Group Classes are for individuals with disabilities and mirrors our 1:1 service however in a collaborative group setting.
Develop essential independent living skills alongside peers, build kitchen confidence, and explore new ingredients and recipes in a supportive environment.
These classes can be private run for Disability Companies in Sydney or we run classes open to the public.

Cooking Demonstrations and Nutrition Seminars
Whether it be community events, educational workshops or networking events, our team of Culinary Dietitians can present on topics relevant to the event, to inspire, motivate and educate.
We bring all the required equipment and resources and can offer samples of the demonstrated recipe to attendees.

Support Worker Nutrition and Cooking Training
Our Support Worker Training program enhances support workers’ role by providing them the essential culinary & nutrition skills. This benefits both their professional development & the quality of care they offer.
With culinary expertise and nutrition knowledge, support workers can better cater to dietary needs, elevate meal experiences, & foster well-being. This also strengthens teamwork & problem-solving between colleagues.
